Q: Do I have to keep my crystal tool in the refrigerator?

A: Refrigeration is not mandatory but highly enhancing. While the stone is naturally cool to the touch, chilling it for 15-20 minutes provides a more intense cooling effect. This helps constrict blood vessels more effectively for superior de-puffing and soothing, especially in the morning. For daily use, room temperature is perfectly fine.
