Do you provide samples? Are they free?

Yes, we are happy to provide samples for quality verification. Stock samples are free, but custom samples will incur a fee. Shipping cost is also to be borne by the customer. The sample fee can be deducted from the amount of your first official order.

Do you accept OEM/ODM customization?
